Hi! I'm Chef Becca, a formally trained culinary professional residing in northeastern Wisconsin. I create every day recipes with a common sense approach.
I believe that everyone deserves to eat healthy food, even if those on a budget. I provide healthy recipes with a tight budget in mind. My recipes use fresh ingredients with organics appearing when it’s cost-effective or when I have evidence that it’s really important. And you can be sure that I’ll share that evidence with you! As a trained chef, I primarily use from-scratch cooking techniques, with the occasional short cut recipe for those crazy busy days we all have!
