Initiated by Stacy Brown, Chicken Salad Chick had humble beginnings before becoming the popular restaurant it is today.

The idea behind the beginnings of Chicken Salad Chick was to curate and serve the perfect chicken salad.

The restaurant’s menu offers ‘Chicken Salad’, ‘Pimento Cheese & More’, ‘Signature Sandwiches’, ‘Salads, Sides, and Soups’, ‘Little Chicks & Sweet Treats’, and ‘Limited Time Offers.’

This last section is subject to variation by season, availability, and/or restaurant choice.

The current limited-time offerings are Pumpkin Cheesecake and Chicken Poblano Soup.

Chicken Salad, being the main highlight of the restaurant’s menu is portioned into salads that are Traditional, Savory, Fruity & Nutty, and Spicy.

It is the customer’s choice to have the salads served in scoops over a lettuce bed or in a sandwich form. Customers are also allowed to include add-ons of sides or soup.

The given options have a variety of tastes ranging from classic simple chicken salads to more adventurous BBQ flavored, with spicy jalapenos, and those with fruits such as pineapple and cranberry.

A favorite for customers who love a spicy kick is Kickin’ Kay Lynn salad which contains shredded chicken and cheddar, buffalo and ranch sauce, jalapenos, bacon, and sriracha.

For those who prefer a milder taste, Lauryn’s Lemon Basil salad is quite popular with shredded chicken, basic, chopped pecan, and the zesty taste coming from the lemon.

As aforementioned, their chicken salad can also be ordered in sandwich form.

There are a few more signature sandwiches from the restaurant with turkey or bacon.

The bacon sandwich is filled with pimento cheese, named Pimento Cheese BLT. Turkey options are Turkey Club and Turkey Pesto sandwiches.

Pimento cheese, like chicken, can also be ordered as a salad scoop on lettuce in both standard and spicy versions. An additional option on the menu is Egg Salad.
