Fatz Café is known for its Calabash Chicken. For 31 years, it has brought delicious meals and friendly service to its patrons.
Throughout the years, its menu evolved from solely the Calabash Chicken. It is now offering an extensive range of Southern-inspired dishes.
You can start your meal with one of their six “starters and shareable,” such as the Fatz ultimate sampler loaded with fried green tomatoes, firecracker Stix and Cheese fries.
The Fatz Cajun Firecracker Stix, Cheese fries and tots, and the new half n’ half, where you can choose two of your favorite starters in one plate.
They also have two chicken wing dishes for you to try, like the classic or the Fatz Fingerz.
You can have buffalo, barbeque, southern gold barbeque, dry rub, mango habanero, sweet red chili, and Kentucky bourbon barbeque for the sauce.
To help your digestion, you can order one of four salad dishes on their menu.
You can drizzle it with FATZauce, ranch, thousand islands, fat-free Italian, blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, Caesar, Honey mustard, and spicy ranch.
At the same time, you can order either loaded baked potato soup or the soup of the day as part of your meal.
For your entrée, you must try the Fatz world-famous Calabash Chicken – Calabash tenders marinated in buttermilk and breaded with Fatz signature breading mix.
Fatz serves the Calabash chicken with a bowl of Fatz coleslaw and FATZauce dip.
