Park Avenue Catering Menu in 2023
Most people dreamt of throwing a fancy party with delicious food, a relaxing ambiance, and great company; where else to order but Park Avenue Catering?
Park Avenue catering is where creativity meets good food and hospitable staff. They have a great selection of menus perfect for all seasons.
The spring season menu is available from the first day of March to the end of May.
Summer starts from June to September, while the fall or winter season menu starts from October until February of the following year.
First on their catering menu is the individually boxed Alfresco box at $30 each with a minimum order of 20 boxes.
For the spring menu, included in the box is one entrée, brick chicken with spicy tomato jam, grilled trip tip served with arugula pesto, roasted pork loin, chanterelle, and fava bean tart.
Fattoush salad drizzled with sumac vinaigrette and chocolate chip cookies is added to the box.
During summer, you can have a box with one of the four entrées, such as grilled flank steak with chimichurri, brick chicken with salsa verde, grilled shrimp or mint, and edamame tart.
It is also packed with a green salad tossed in citrus vinaigrette, grilled vegetables, spiced cashew, and gluten-free or vegan chocolate chip cookie.
For the fall or winter season, a hot serving of one of the entrées like roasted pork loin, chicken breast, tri-tip, and rigatoni is packed in a box with fall Panzanella, green bean potato salad, spiced cashews, and chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
You can also order one of their Alfresco platters which are meant to be shared at $45 for each person with a minimum of 15 orders. It will surely complete your event.
A spring party can do well with your choice of seasonal salad, either a Fattoush salad drizzled with sumac dressing, mixed leaf lettuces tossed in honey-lime sauce, baby kale Caesar, or mixed greens with champagne vinaigrette.
Your entrée with two side dishes can be one of the seven choices: brick chicken, chicken breast with rosemary-salsa Verde, roasted salmon, tri-tip, sauteed shrimp and spinach, roasted pork loin, or the vegan farfalle basil pesto.
You can also choose one dessert, such as strawberry-lemon cheesecake, red velvet cupcake, Carmelita bar, or chocolate brownie.
Arugula salad, strawberry salad, baby kale, and mixed greens are perfect salads during summer.
You can partner it with entrées such as Roasted Salmon, pork loin, whole carved chicken, grilled shrimp, tri-tip, roasted flank steak, and vegan Edamame & Mint Tart.
Complete your meal with desserts; triple cream cheese brownies, sea salt chocolate chip cookies, and a summer berry bar.
The earthy and spice-filled flavors are best during fall and winter.
You can order one or all seasonal salads, such as Wintery chicories with Roquefort dressing, Winter greens drizzled with cider vinaigrette, mixed winter greens tossed in champagne vinaigrette and brussels sprouts salad in Mayer lemon vinaigrette.
The main entrées you can choose from are roasted salmon, roasted pork loin, brick chicken, Bistro filet, which can be upgraded to filet mignon at an additional fee of $10, and roasted maitake mushroom.
You can have a lemon bar, sea salt chocolate chip cookies, and triple cream cheese brownies for dessert.
