medium sized ripe banana
peeled

cup
non-fat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Stonyfield vanilla)

Tablespoons
almond meal or 6 whole almonds
⅓
liquid cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water)

ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients into the bowl of a high speed blender.
Put lid onto the bowl and blend at high speed until all ingredients are well blended and creamy.
For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk or water, 1 tablespoon at a time. For a thicker consistency, add more ice cubes, one at a time.
