Tuna fish patties loaded with flavor and packed with little bites of crispy bacon. Perfect for a light dinner. They make a great burger substitute, too!
Cook bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove bacon from pan and drain between sheets of paper towel. Leave bacon grease in the pan.
In a medium bowl, use a fork to combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, and spices. Add cooked bacon and stir to combine.
Use your hands to form 4 individual patties. Turn heat in pan up to medium high and cook patties for 2 minutes. Flip and cook other side for 2 minutes, or until patties are warmed all the way through.
