2Jazz applescored and chopped into bite sized pieces
1cupgreen or purple seedless grapessliced in half
1stalk celerythinly sliced or diced small
½cupchopped walnuts
½cupdried cranberries
½cupraisins
Yogurt Dressing
¼cupGreek yogurtvanilla or plain flavor
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1teaspoonhoney
½teaspoonsalt (optional)
¼teaspooncracked black pepper
Instructions
Place chicken, apples, celery, walnuts, cranberries, and raisins into a large serving bowl. Toss to combine.
Add all yogurt dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss to combine. For best flavor, serve chilled.
